Returns Policy
Standard Return Period
If you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer a refund, provided it is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
*All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.
*We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
*We do not accept returns for gift cards or gift packaging.
For UK returns, please note that there is a £2 return fee that will be deducted from your refund.
For international (non-UK) returns, please note that we do not cover the shipping costs to return your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot refund import duties and taxes.
Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed between the 20th October and 26th December 2024 can be exchanged or returned up until 31st January 2025.
Warranty
All our jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty, during which we are pleased to offer a replacement for items with manufacturing defects free of charge. If your item experiences a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
Alternatively, we can offer store credit for the value of the faulty items to use storewide.
Please note that our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or storage.
