Orders

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order. If you reach out after this window or outside of our office hours, we’ll be happy to help you with a return and refund instead.

Can I amend my order?

You can amend your order by contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order.

We can easily make adjustments to your order, such as updating ring sizes, delivery addresses, contact details, or gift messages. If you'd like to add another item to your order, we recommend placing a separate order. Let us know straight away, and we will refund the additional shipping cost for you (if applicable).

How do I use my Eclectik E-Gift Card?

On the payment section at the checkout (after you have entered your delivery address), you will see a box where you can enter a gift card or discount code. Simply copy the gift card code from your email here and hit apply.

Unsure how much is left on your gift card? Contact us and we can check the remaining balance for you.

Shipping & Deliveries

Where is my order?

All orders come with tracking for your peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a link to track your order.

UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You should receive your order within 2-4 working days from dispatch.

International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. Your order should arrive within 5-14 working days from dispatch, but please note that due to import duty delays your order might take up to 20 days in some cases.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can change your delivery address for you if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you have an account with us, you will also find the tracking link in the orders section of your account.

Will I have to pay for customs, duties and taxes?

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may incur customs or import duties and taxes upon arrival at their destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to cover or reimburse these costs at this time. This also applies to import fees for orders shipped with free delivery.

We suggest reviewing your country’s import regulations to determine any potential additional charges before receiving your order.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We hope you love your jewellery, but if it’s not quite what you expected, you can return it for a refund. For detailed instructions, please visit our Returns page here.

How long do returns take?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. It will take up to 7 days from the date we receive it back.

Once the return has been process and a refund issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note during the Christmas season (November to January) returns could take up to 10 days to process.

How do I know if you have received my return?

If you used one of our UK returns labels, you can track your return on the Royal Mail website here. Your tracking number is the 13 characters shown directly under the barcode on your label.

Product Care & Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

All of our jewellery is covered by our 6-month warranty, which covers free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item experiences a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us, and we will replace it at no additional cost.

Please note that our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or storage. To activate the warranty, we will need proof of purchase. If you have lost your order number, simply get in touch, and we will assist you in retrieving it.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?

All our jewellery is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

How do I clean & store my jewellery?

To care for your jewellery, avoid water contact, remove before exercising, and store in a cool, dry place in separate compartments. Keep it away from perfumes and chemicals, and clean with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

All our pieces are made from 925 Sterling Silver and feature the 925 metal purity stamp, confirming that they are crafted with a minimum of 92.5% pure silver.
